EDS is not a typical trade show — companies are required to be approved before attending. Please see Registration Information to determine how your company may participate.
Registration for EDS 2024 will open in phases. Companies who have had space at EDS in the past were contacted in November 2023 to sign up for EDS 2024. Attendee registration (Distributors and Independent Reps ONLY) begins in mid-February 2024.
- IF YOUR COMPANY HAS NEVER ATTENDED EDS AND YOU ARE REQUESTING BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVAL, please CLICK HERE to fill out your information that will be reviewed for participation. Companies attending EDS must be approved for attendance at EDS by the EDS Board of Directors or their representative.

Membership status in ECIA and ERA will be verified to receive Member rates. Member rates are based on membership status AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. If your membership has lapsed and you would like to rejoin one of the associations, please contact ECIA or ERA directly to discuss.
