Apply for badges and update your directory listing.
Manufacturer Badge Information
Companies participating in EDS with Space may request as many badges as they require for the payroll personnel staffing their EDS activities. There is no charge for Exhibitor badges, whether issued in advance or at the Show. Obviously arranging for badges in advance eliminates standing in line, showing identification, etc. Once you have signed up to participate, we will provide you with a login and password to access the online Exhibitor Update page. This page will allow you to update your company listing in the EDS Show Directory and also request badges for personnel that will be attending the Show.
Additionally, the online Exhibitor Update page will allow you to list staff members in the EDS Directory who are not going to be at EDS, but who normally interface with distributors throughout the year.
Independent manufacturers' representatives need to register as reps in their own companies' names.
If your advertising/public relations counsel are planning to attend, please have them register in advance of EDS. They will be badged at no charge, in their own company names if they identify themselves as affiliated with your company.
Authorized Vendor Badge Information
Companies who wish to meet with EDS attendees, or to evaluate the event for the future participation, and who do not require exhibit or full-time meeting space, may register for Authorized Vendor status. These badges provide access to the exhibit areas, official EDS programs, and utilization of a private conference room for up to three one-hour meetings.
There is a fee of $750 per company for Authorized Vendor status, which includes directory and web listings and the issuance of two (2) badges.
