General Information
Logistics & Support Services and Exhibitor Action Items provide general information about EDS, your space and a suggested timeline for making all of your arrangements.

You will be asked for your login and password. Your login is your company contact ID (the four -six digit number found in the upper right hand corner of any EDS invoice or statement) and your initial password is 1234. Once you login using this information, you will be able to change your login and password. Continue through the form to order badges and update your company information.
Distributor Mailing List — Official EDS participants are able to access our distributor database to make promotional mailings. When you sign up for space you are provided with this web link.
Meeting Rooms & Suites
Meeting Room Request Form — A limited number of meeting rooms will be available during EDS for rep sales meetings and for distributor/rep events. Attached is a form for you to complete and return to reserve a meeting room before or after show hours. Once assigned, we ask that you fill out a meeting confirmation, which better captures your meeting needs. Are you unsure about what meeting set to request? Suite Logistical Information and Reservation Form — If you have a hotel suite you will want to review the important logistical information found on this 2012 sample reservation form. We will send you a personalized form for you to complete and return to us. Therefore, this is for informational purposes only.

Cosmopolitan Hotel Banquet Information — Click here to access the order form and a simplified menu for your convenience. Please use these banquet menus if you have a conference room for a rep/distributor meeting or social event. An order form will be posted shortly.

Audio Visual, Electrical, Internet Access, Lighting
PSAV is the exclusive supplier of services at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The order forms are available here. Please note that if you have a hotel suite there is a plasma monitor in the room you can use for your presentations, therefore you do not need to rent a screen. You will need a 25’ VGA cord, power strip and AC cable to hook up your computer. You can rent this through PSAV for $127.50 or you can bring your own.
