Specifics about your participation in EDS 2010 will be posted to this page during the coming months. For planning and budgeting purposes, here are all the details from EDS 2009. We do not anticipate drastic pricing changes from what was offered last year.
General Information
Logistics & Support Services and Exhibitor Action Items provide general information about EDS, your space and a suggested timeline for making all of your arrangements.
Seminar Schedule — Please note that programs and schedule are subject to change.
Badge & Directory Listing Information — We will send you information on how to access your company data record online, make changes to your company information, and register your personnel for badges. This should be available by February 1st and we would prefer you update your information in this manner. For more information on Exhibitor badges, please click here.
Distributor Mailing List — Official EDS participants are able to access our distributor database to make promotional mailings. When you sign up for space you are provided with this web link.
Meeting Rooms & Suites
Meeting Room Request Form — A limited number of meeting rooms will be available during EDS for rep sales meetings and for distributor/rep events. Attached is a form for you to complete and return to reserve a meeting room before or after show hours. Once assigned, we ask that you fill out a meeting confirmation, which better captures your meeting needs. Are you unsure about what meeting set to request? Suite Logistical Information and Reservation Form — If you have a hotel suite you will want to review the important logistical information found on this sample reservation form. We will send you a personalized form for you to complete and return to us. Therefore, this is for informational purposes only.
Food Service Information - 2009 is currently posted .
Paris Banquet Information — Please use the Show Floor Menus for ordering refreshments for your booth/conference unit on the show floor. You will need to complete this Order Form. If you have a conference room for a rep/distributor meeting or social function held in a conference room at Bally's or Paris, please use these Banquet Menus.
Paris Room Service Information — Please reference the special EDS Room Service Menus for making your food and beverage selections. The complete set of menus is available as well, should you wish to customize your event.
Feel free to attach this Time Grid Room Service Order Form if you need to include additional information or details regarding your order.
We suggest you complete both of these forms to detail your order for the room service staff. Submit completed forms to Darren Heller with Paris Room Service. Please note that orders received after April 1st will be subject to a $75 late fee.
