Vdara Hotel & Spa is immediately next door to the Cosmopolitan hotel and it is a short walk to the entrance of the hotel. Vdara is an all suite, non smoking, non gaming hotel experience. Rooms have been protected for EDS attendees at $139 per night (Sunday to Friday – Weekend rates are higher). There is a $25 resort fee per night which includes services such as internet, access to the spa, and two bottles of water per day. To make reservations, please call the reservations center at 866-745-7767 and ask for the EDS Block. Or go on line and make your reservation via this link.
The Cosmopolitan Hotel is still taking reservations for EDS at $249/night (Sunday to Thursday). You can call the hotel directly at 702-698-7575 or 855-435-0005 Or go on line HERE and select guest type EDS2012
All official activities will be held at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.
Reservations must be made on-line via the below link and by entering the special access code. The Hotel will not take reservations over the phone. Due to the deeply discounted rates we have obtained, we want to make sure that only EDS registered attendees can reserve rooms.

Hotel Information
All official EDS activities will be held at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. Accommodations at the Hotel are available for EDS participants only. You must be registered for EDS to reserve guest rooms.
The EDS block of rooms is sold out. Terrace King bedded rooms are now available for $249/night.
You are welcome to stay at other Las Vegas properties. Planet Hollywood is across the street. Aria and Bellagio are next door. Paris and Ballys are also a short 10 minute walk from the Cosmopolitan Hotel. We suggest you contact the alternative hotels directly or visit www.hotels.com to search for other hotels and rates.

Rooms at the Cosmopolitan Hotel are available from Friday, May 4th through Friday, May 11th. Check-in 4:00 p.m./Check-out 12:00 p.m. Please make any changes in your arrival/departure date or room requirements after reservations have been made directly with the hotel and observe the hotel's cancellation policy. PLEASE NOTE: Any cancellations or changes in attending participants from your company must go through the EDS Show Office for badge purposes. The Hotel requires an advance deposit to guarantee your reservations.
