Registration Policies
You are qualified to attend EDS if…
- You are a distributor of electronic components and related products, who buys from EDS exhibitors for resale.
- You are a manufacturers' representative who sells the products of one or more EDS exhibitors.
- You are a manufacturer or supplier of goods and services sold to or through electronic distributors.
- You are an advertising agency or public relations counselor to an EDS exhibitor.
- You are a member of the trade press with proper press identification.
Admission to EDS is by badge only. Badges, which must be worn at all times while attending EDS, will be printed and mailed in advance of EDS. If we receive your request after mid-April, you may pick up your badges at the Registration counters in the Foyer of the Paris Hotel, beginning on Sunday, May 9th at 1:00 p.m.
Attendee Badge Categories and Registration Fees
Distributors (purchase electronic components or products for purpose of resale). $50 per badge, NEDA member distributors must register, but are prepaid through their association. $10 badge charge on site for NEDA members who have not preregistered.
Manufacturers' Representatives (independent contractors who sell products of an EDS registered exhibitor on a commission basis). $50 per badge. ERA member representatives must register, but are prepaid through their association. $10 badge charge on site for ERA rep members who have not preregistered.
Online Registration Tips
- If your company attended EDS last year, your company is in our database. In searching our database, it is best to keep your search general. For example, if your company name is XYZ Corporation Chicago, try searching 'XYZ' in the Search by Company Name field and leave the City and State fields blank.
- Continue through the process until you come to a screen that thanks you for applying for badges.
